RACE CANCELLEDNO FURTHER INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME
Please join us on Sunday April 26, 2020 for the Western New York Maple Festival SAPS Race. A longstanding tradition as a part of the WNY Maple Festival, this is a 5K walk/run and 10K run sponsored by the Franklinville Central School Student Council. All proceeds go towards putting on the race, and towards student council. We are also asking that each participant donate a non-perishable food item(s) for the local food pantry.
After the race, stop by the festival (across the street) to taste that mouth watering, freshly made maple syrup and learn the process of making it! There will be festivities throughout the day including all you can eat pancake breakfast starting at 7:30am, demonstrations and a craft show. There will be a petting zoo, antique gas and engine show, kids rides, a craft show, a PARADE, a library book sale, plowing demos, live entertainment, and the Miner's Cabin will be open!
POST RACE CELEBRATION
Both races are set to start at 9am sharp and the start/finish line will be located in front of Franklinville Central School District.

REGISTRATION & PACKET PICKUP
Online registration will remain open right up until the start of the race. Race day registration and packet pickup will take place in the back high school lobby off North Academy Street from 8:00 am right up until the start of the race at 9:00 am. Paper registration forms can also be downloaded and mailed to the address shown. All participants who register before 4/1/20 are guaranteed to receive a free SAPS race t-shirt! Extra shirts (if any) will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

POST RACE CELEBRATION
Join us after the race for a post race celebration including food, snacks, refreshments, music and awards ceremony!
PARKING
There will be plenty of free parking at Franklinville Central School.
AGE GROUPS & AWARDS
Special gifts will be presented to the 1st place overall male and female runners in both the 5K and 10K. Additional smaller gifts will also be presented to the 1st place male and female runner in each of the following age groups:
19 and under, 20-29. 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and older.

TIMING & FINISH LINE SERVICES
Gun start/chip finish timing services using industry leading Jaguar Electronic RFID timing will be provided by Race Management Solutions. Results are updated throughout the race in real time and can be accessed at any time after crossing the finish line using any one of the following options:
